What is the Shiftal Callback Feature?

As the name suggests, the callback feature is a unique support feature that allows users to request a call back on their phone number from our dedicated support team.

Suppose that you are trading peer-to-peer with another user on Shiftal, but for some reason, technical or another, you face an issue with the transaction and need help, you can immediately place a callback request using the option given on the same (trade) page. Our team will contact you immediately to help resolve your concern. You can track the status of your callback request in the support section of your Shiftal dashboard.

How To Use the Shiftal Callback Feature

Our callback request feature is quite simple to use. Its available on the Trade page and can be used instantly during a trade.

Once you are logged in to your Shiftal account, go to the Dashboard to see your trade activities and advertisements. To start trading, click on the View option for a trade (sell/buy).

If you dont already have a live advertisement, you can create one by using the option on the dashboard.

Now, youre on the trade page. Here you can chat directly with the buyer/seller to talk about things like preferred payment options, etc. Once all the conditions are met and the payment is made successfully, you can release the coins (for sell orders) or receive them in your wallet (for buy orders).

In case of an issue with the transaction or if you need help making a trade, you can use the Callback Option given on the right side of the trade page.

Some examples of trade problems include:

The buyer did not send the payment;
Payment failure;
The seller did not receive the payment;
The other trader is not responding.
Click the Request a Callback button to immediately place a callback request from our team. Your request will be lodged in the support section, which you can track from the dashboard.

You can expect to receive a call back from our support team almost immediately, where the support executive will provide a proper resolution to your issue after understanding & analysing the problem.
